Myles was first licensed in Real Estate in 1972 in Phoenix, Arizona selling land in three states, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. He then joined a marketing company in Phoenix and sold land in south central Colorado, mini farms if you will, in one of the coldest spots in the USA. It turned out to be one of the most fertile farming areas in Southern Colorado, near the San Luis Valley.
Myles has a motto; "Myles goes the extra mile;" which he includes in all of his web sites, magazine ads and other printed materials including letterhead and business cards. Myles has a total of 10 web sites, seemingly increasing each month; in fact, he hired a national marketing firm to see that these web sites are looked at.
